Welcome to Sophia Ruffin Global Ministries! We appreciate your support and participation in our programs. Please review our Fulfillment / Refund Policy before contributing, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a product.

1. Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to digital content, programs, or services as applicable.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased program or product, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

All contributions and program payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the ministry

3. Products & Digital Purchases

All products (including digital downloads, e-books, courses, and merchandise) are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for digital or physical products.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your program subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle.
No additional payments will be drafted after cancellation.

5. Payment Transfers & Refunds

Payments cannot be transferred or rolled over from one program to another.
If you have paid annually for a program that has ended, any remaining months will be refunded.
Any new program enrollment requires a new payment, which will override any prior arrangements.
